Extremely slow for the simplest of services, had an appointment and waited over 3 hours for an inspection. Older guy at the desk is rude as well, very disappointing to have him ignore you for ten minut appointment and waited over 3 hours for an inspection. The service department did not properly check for a leak in my tire and had me leave the dealership with a tire PSI that was dangerously low. The next day, the tire was completely flat and the vehicle was u in my tire and had me leave the dealership with a tire PSI that was dangerously low. The next day, the tire was completely flat and the vehicle was unable to be driven. When the service team properly checked the leak after the tire was completely flat, they all of the sudden discovered the leak. This department is lucky my tire did not blow out on the way home which could have caused a major accident, resulting in a lawsuit against them. I do not trust the service department at this dealership. They have attempted to charge me for services covered under my warranty, well knowing that the service was covered. I regret purchasing my vehicle from this dealership. More

The Service Manager took,my vehicle for the test drive to listen to the issue I was experiencing, unfortunately we could not reproduce that while we were out. But he did notice I needed an inspection and too listen to the issue I was experiencing, unfortunately we could not reproduce that while we were out.
