I was very pleased with the service advisor how she kept me informed about my vehicle when it would be done. I like the fact that I could walk in with my vehicle and get it serviced that day, and not be all me informed about my vehicle when it would be done. RT saw I was frustrated with a person named Dally. No customer service skills whatsoever. RT called me to his office and took care of the situation. I was about to walk out. I purchased my Captiva from Perry which included a contract for oil changes “as long as you own the vehicle.” When Perry ceased being a Buick dealer their contracts were transferred to Southern Buick contract for oil changes “as long as you own the vehicle.” When Perry ceased being a Buick dealer their contracts were transferred to Southern Buick GMC, who informed me at my last oil change that they would no longer honor this commitment made by Perry. It has been several years since Perry went out of this business, and most of those commitments should be falling off of the books as vehicles are no longer owned by the original purchaser from Perry. In fact, I planned to purchase a new vehicle in 2026 and my old Perry contract would fall off the books. I am so glad you displayed your lack of honor in failing to honor this commitment before I came in to shop for a new vehicle. Rest assured I will not consider Southern Buick GMC for my next vehicle. More

Extremely slow for the simplest of services, had an appointment and waited over 3 hours for an inspection. Older guy at the desk is rude as well, very disappointing to have him ignore you for ten minut appointment and waited over 3 hours for an inspection.
