This is the second time I have been here, after purchasing my kia from the location. Everytime I call, no one answers. They call back, but sometimes it takes a few rounds of phone tag before you ge purchasing my kia from the location. Everytime I call, no one answers. Also, my radio has not been working for 5 months now and they are not fixing it. Apparently they do not have the needed materials, but there neighboring facility in greenbrier does. You would think they could borrow the needed materials or set me up with an appointment there, but insstead have been almost no help towards a solution. More

The dealership was clean and they had water in the waiting area. But two issues I had one being I have to go back and have my oil counter reset cause it was not done. The other being a sales agent was waiting area. But two issues I had one being I have to go back and have my oil counter reset cause it was not done.
