Mike Gerosin was our salesman. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and answered all of our questions and concerns. We had a great experience up until we had to do business with t He was very knowledgeable and helpful and answered all of our questions and concerns. We had a great experience up until we had to do business with the finance lady. She was very snobby and rude to my wife and I. As we had a disagreement we decided we wanted to leave and she called our salesman and told him to get us out of her office please. We were about to leave the lot and Mike reached out to us and got us into the car that we came to buy for a great deal. Tristan was our final finance guy and he was absolutley great. I can’t recommend Mike Gerosin and Tristan enough, they made buying a new car such a great experience they are 10/10. If you go to Lithia Toyota Mike Gerosin and Tristan are a great duo ! More
