I first purchased a couple weeks ago and had an issue with the vehicle I initially purchased. I spoke with Almir and he immediately resolved my issue and provided great customer service. I could not have asked for more from this dealership. Please don’t think all dealerships are the same. Hyundai of xx Augustine is the best I have dealt with in my 55 years on this earth. Thanks again guys!!! I’ve never had customer service like this. The owner should be proud to have these guys on staff. Leon went out of his way and Jason stayed late to make sure I was taken care of. The one thing they had in common was their praise of the owner. A team effort all the way!! More

Absolutely terrible. I accepted their offer, put a down payment on the vehicle, was coming the next day to pick it up and they told me it had electrical issues and were I accepted their offer, put a down payment on the vehicle, was coming the next day to pick it up and they told me it had electrical issues and were going to wholesale it. Car is still under full factory warranty. Absolutely no excuse that they wouldn't fix it. No one "throws away" a 2 year old car. More

This has been the BEST experience with ANY dealership! Thomas was outstanding from start to finish. He answered all of my questions (I had A LOT), and he was always professional. When I came in to seal the deal, I was pleasantly surprised to find out that everyone else working behind the scenes was just as professional and delightful. Travis helped to quickly take care of my trade-in, and Jason got me through the financial paperwork like a well oiled machine! I didn’t have to meet the GM to know that he is doing a phenomenal job with leading his dealership all around. Just by meeting his staff, I know he is running an awesome ship! These guys have integrity, and they do clean business. They are solid. I don’t write reviews, but this needs to be said. Everybody in my circle will be getting their next vehicle from here.
