Absolutely terrible. I accepted their offer, put a down payment on the vehicle, was coming the next day to pick it up and they told me it had electrical issues and were I accepted their offer, put a down payment on the vehicle, was coming the next day to pick it up and they told me it had electrical issues and were going to wholesale it. I didn’t have to meet the GM to know that he is doing a phenomenal job with leading his dealership all around. Just by meeting his staff, I know he is running an awesome ship! Since 2015, Demitrius has taken care my families automotive needs and had always provided over the top service. This most recent purchase was just business as usual, GOOD BUSINESS! After spending 25 years in the car business myself, it takes a lot for me to be satisfied 100% with any major purchase especially a car, and I can honestly say that has been the case with this deal as well as the previous 8 cars we've bought from them.
