The dealership tried to upsell me parts and services that I did not need and dishonestly told me that my car failed the state inspection. This was a deception to alarm me to purchase parts and services as my I did not need and dishonestly told me that my car failed the state inspection. This was a deception to alarm me to purchase parts and services as my car had already passed the state inspection. In addition, I was originally told that my state inspection will complimentary as long as I own the car. On this occasion I was charge and the service attendant did not want to discuss. More

My appointment was at 8:40AM, And I didn’t receive my car back until 2:40 PM got no work done on my car because the technician that previously worked on my car is working on another car.. So my car was sitti back until 2:40 PM got no work done on my car because the technician that previously worked on my car is working on another car.. So my car was sitting in the dealership all morning until noon without giving me any update that my car wasn’t being worked on that day.. The service advisor then told me he will call me the next day which didn’t happened, to schedule me with the same technician working on my car. How is it my car been sitting all day without me being updated. Now I have to reschedule and miss another day of work to sit in the dealership all day or wait to heard no update. Advantage Toyota Valley Stream need better communication between Service advisor and customers cause it should be no way I have schedule appointment my car cannot be seen. More
