While the service was good, the previous visit before this last one stated that i needed to replace the cabin air filter. I never did. I forgot. When this service was done, it was marked that everything this last one stated that i needed to replace the cabin air filter. I never did. I forgot. When this service was done, it was marked that everything was good, including air filter. Now how is that? So it leaves me to believe.....what? I had my vehicle serviced previously at this location with no issues, but my August 12th experience was awful. After waiting for 3 hours with no one even looking at the vehicle I was told that my vehicle with no issues, but my August 12th experience was awful. After waiting for 3 hours with no one even looking at the vehicle I was told that my vehicle was for a drop off service. When the appointment was confirmed on the 11th the agent asked me if I was aware that the service was a drop off. I told her NO and as the facility did not provide free transportation to my home address she said she would change it. It was only after asking Mr. Cobb for the second time about the time the vehicle would be ready that he told me it was a drop off service. My effort to reach a manager was futile. I took my vehicle and left without the repairs being done.. More

I was given an incorrect diagnostic (total of $250) for my AC system where the technician stated I needed a new compressor at an estimate of $1500 + tax. I went to a different dealer when in fact all I nee my AC system where the technician stated I needed a new compressor at an estimate of $1500 + tax. I went to a different dealer when in fact all I needed was a new clutch compressor for the AC system and is now all fixed. I’m very disappointed in the service as I feel they were trying to take advantage of me. More
