I was charged more than my deductible after using my warranty and my car was held from me even tho payment was guaranteed from the warranty. I was without my car for more than a week. I wanted to give them 5 stars but I can't. You have to honor a person's appointment. I made a 7:30 a.m. appointment to rotate my tires and check the fluids. It took three hours. Two hours for me just to s honor a person's appointment. I made a 7:30 a.m. appointment to rotate my tires and check the fluids. It took three hours. Two hours for me just to sit there and then they told me what they were going to do. Then one hour to replace the tires and check fluids. This is the second time the same thing happened. Otherwise the people there are nice and knowledgeable. But must rethink their scheduling system. More
