After 20 years as a mental health provider, I decided I was ready for a new kind of challenge and adventure in providing peace of mind to those I serve. I wouldn't have made this specific career leap if I didn't already trust the reputations that Honda and Don Ayres have cultivated over the years, as well as through my family's ownership of several Honda products. It was a very nice experience and the staff were very friendly. Travis provided excellent service from the first day we contacted him. I let him know I had a list of about 8 vehicles I wanted to test drive with various dealerships. I was unable to schedule an appoint contacted him. I let him know I had a list of about 8 vehicles I wanted to test drive with various dealerships. I was unable to schedule an appointment and he did his best to fit us in, with not much notice, to drive 3 Don Ayres vehicles (2 Honda and 1 Acura). We liked the Passport but also liked a vehicle from a different dealership. Both vehicles are great and we had a hard time making a decision. Travis did his best to accommodate us with test driving a few vehicles with different trims. After Travis sent proposals to us, we drove one more vehicle and thought we made a decision of which trim we wanted, we planned to go to the dealership the following day to sign the deal. We arrived at the dealership and had a change of mind, choosing a different trim. Travis met us on his DAY OFF to get the paperwork together and met us back at the dealership a couple hours later to pick up the vehicle. This was a big purchase for us and Travis went above and beyond to help us with our purchase, always helpful, patient, and fun. We also had the pleasure of working with Caleb Craun. We definitely recommend Travis Lawrence. More
