Even though I initially wasn’t not that responsive to Travis, once I communicated what I was looking for, he sent multiple options to choose from. He was very personable and easy to work with. Definitely one of the more seamless car buying processes that I’ve experienced. The sales manager was also super pleasant, as was the lady in finance. Everyone was so personable and there is always a plus in my book. More

I felt My product Specialist Travis Moore went beyond simply professional; he really took the time to learn more about me and extend every courtesy. I felt totally at ease. I bought a beautiful used crossover. My new car is pristine and accident-free, but it had some exterior paint damage around the wheel wells from a driver boo-boo that I suspect occured in a tight parking garage. Travis and the Koons team ensured the paint repairs were made and that I was given a superb loaner for the week to commute to work. Hassle-free process. Repair job is A+.
