Everyone walking into this dealership should be introduced to Mike. Definitely a people person with much knowledge of products and attention to detail. My decision wasn't easy, however Mike was ext introduced to Mike. Definitely a people person with much knowledge of products and attention to detail. My decision wasn't easy, however Mike was extremely patient and allowed me ,the buyer, to take my time. Any and all questions were answered. Even during the test drive pointing out some of the newer features and how applicable they are. Excellent experience. More

Easy process from start to finish. Mike was persistent without being pushy. I knew what I wanted, and they respected that and didn’t try to upsale or persuade me otherwise. Purchased my vehicle used from a different dealership a year ago it’s a Nissan Pathfinder. I have had to bring it in twice and chose to bring it here to Russ Darrow Nissan I dealt with Travis. Travis is year ago it’s a Nissan Pathfinder. I have had to bring it in twice and chose to bring it here to Russ Darrow Nissan I dealt with Travis. Travis is extremely knowledgeable very friendly and helpful is great at explaining problems on my level so that I can understand what’s going on with my vehicle I really feel like he cares about what he’s doing I feel like this dealership is a very honest place to deal with I will not take my vehicle any place else if I can help it. More

I recently had a 2020 Nissan Pathfinder. I walked in just to get an oil change and came out with a brand new 2021 Nissan Rogue. Mike was excellent with his customer service skills!. He really made me feel co to get an oil change and came out with a brand new 2021 Nissan Rogue. Mike was excellent with his customer service skills!. He really made me feel comfortable about my purchase. And he's hilarious too! Thank you Mike for that wonderful experience o making me feel at ease when purchasing a vehicle. More

The customer service provided by Travis Wise in the Service Dept. was outstanding. He was quick to have the oil change & rotation of my Rogue's tires completed & promptly asked if I wanted my car wash Service Dept. was outstanding. Travis the service manager is great. But the service is poor, gave me back a car after an oil change with the wheels NOT ON, I notice in 10 feet after they had driven it 150 yard to park it. After tech ti poor, gave me back a car after an oil change with the wheels NOT ON, I notice in 10 feet after they had driven it 150 yard to park it. After tech tightened on the ground without lifting the car, found out hard way (transmission slipping) that that although i hadn't asked for a rotation, they had rotated anyway and put staggered tires opposed to one another on front and back. Gave the dealership time to reach out, which I was promised twice, never did even after contacting Steve Perkins by vm. I have been bringing 4 Nissan cars there for a few years. Tech there advises that they have certified and uncertified mechanics and you get what you get if they aren't certified. Pretty sure he's right. More
