Travis the service manager is great. But the service is poor, gave me back a car after an oil change with the wheels NOT ON, I notice in 10 feet after they had driven it 150 yard to park it. After tech tightened on the ground without lifting the car, found out hard way (transmission slipping) that that although i hadn't asked for a rotation, they had rotated anyway and put staggered tires opposed to one another on front and back. Gave the dealership time to reach out, which I was promised twice, never did even after contacting Steve Perkins by vm. I have been bringing 4 Nissan cars there for a few years. Tech there advises that they have certified and uncertified mechanics and you get what you get if they aren't certified. Pretty sure he's right. More
