Trey and the Keffer Mazda team took care of me from start to finish. I hate to start off so cliche but the fact Trey introduced me to the brand and took me on two test drives demonstrated what this dealershi to finish. I hate to start off so cliche but the fact Trey introduced me to the brand and took me on two test drives demonstrated what this dealership is all about. The team is about investing in people like me who are not so inclined to be enthusiastic in this current car market. Trey was patient and knowledgeable. He was personable and easy to converse with in the whole process. I came back the next day to further cement my new interest in the Mazda brand as a newbie. I ended up buying a car that second visit because I was sold not by product but by charismatic values this team is dedicated to its customer. I’m happy with my new CX-30 Select. I’m most excited to be part of the Mazda family! More

My husband saw a car on their website advertised for $14,777. He contacted the dealership and spoke with a sales member and even got by text that the prices was correct minus taxes and fees. This was $14,777. He contacted the dealership and spoke with a sales member and even got by text that the prices was correct minus taxes and fees. This was expected as all cars have taxes and fees added before you pay. We drove 25 minutes to the dealership, met the salesperson and took the car for a test drive. It was a 2016 Mazda3 so of course there were some dings and the inside had not been cleaned but it seemed to drive correctly and I tested the lights and other aspects of the car. As we were getting out, I noticed on the back door, a piece of film hanging off the door. When I asked what that was, the salesperson told me it was something they put on the car to protect it and it was a part of their Mazda Advantage package. He gave me a brochure that told about all the things that were a part of the package, after reading through it we concluded that they were things that we didn’t need for a used car. We went in to talk financing and waited for the salesperson to come back with the options. What he came back with was a price increase on the car BEFORE taxes and fees for over $3,000. The Mazda Advantage package was apparently added to the price and we had no option to not take it. We explained that we didn’t want the Advantage package and he said we had to take it as a part of the price, that it was already on the car. I almost laughed, “You mean that piece of film that was hanging off the car was a service that you had already done and it was falling off after 70 days (the amount of days they told us they had the car)?” If that is the level of service that comes with this package, why on earth would I want it”. He told us that we could not opt out of the package and it would not come off the price so my husband and I left. We were beyond disappointed, especially since we thought we would be bringing the car home to our son today. The price advertised on the internet and that my husband had a text from the dealership was $14,777. For Keffer Mazda to advertise something that wasn’t actually the price, call it bait and switch, call it whatever you what, it is plainly dishonest and shows the level of disrespect they have for their potential customers.
