My sales man was great- although it took over a month to receive the key for my brand new vehicle at the fault of the back office. I had to call the upwards of 6-7 different times before it was sent to me. receive the key for my brand new vehicle at the fault of the back office. I had to call the upwards of 6-7 different times before it was sent to me. If it wasn’t for Trent checking in on it- I am certain I would have not received it. Why did I have to wait a month to obtain the key to a brand new vehicle? DOR got me the title before I got my key! At the end- there was no compensation or even I’m sorry from anyone in the back office- only Trent. I hope the back office does better for their sales people and their customers. More

The people working there are very nice but financing took forever to get an answer. They also denied financing through Honda for a first time car lone unless there was a cosigner even though there was more t forever to get an answer.
