Had you preformed the proper service on the used 2015 CR-V... I wouldn't have needed to return 6 days after purchase to get a new battery installed. I was not happy when the car never started after drivi CR-V... I wouldn't have needed to return 6 days after purchase to get a new battery installed. I was not happy when the car never started after driving it home on Feb 22. However your service department quickly installed a new battery on Feb 27 at no charge. Just seems like a complete servicing of a used car would catch that a car with 79K miles still had it's original battery and it would automatically be replaced before offering for sale. More

We were actually only going to check out the Honda Insight but were so impressed by the car and arrived at an overall deal with our trade-in that we drove off with it.
