Trent was great. Efficient, friendly. No pressure. However, in closing the deal, I felt the finance manager, Mike, was not completely transparent and I felt somewhat rushed. Optional road hazard service contract, and optional oil change and tire rotation maintenance contracts were rolled into the original monthly lease quote of 357. I was never really told if I had the option of refusing both if monthly payment would be reduced. I should have had the option. My insurance covers windshield and I am willing to take the risk of replacing a tire rim or minor dents, especially since i intend to purchase at end of lease. And 344 for four oil changes comes to 86 per change/rotation. I realize I should have carefully read the contract and asked these questions before signing, so I understand this is all on me. Just takes a little edge off the entire experience. More

I have purchased many vehicles. Trenton is one of the best salesmen I have ever encountered. Excellent attention to detail. No nonsense, no games! When we arrived at the dealership he had 4 vehicles u best salesmen I have ever encountered. Excellent attention to detail. No nonsense, no games! When we arrived at the dealership he had 4 vehicles up front, two of them running. They all fit our needs and price range. We cane looking for a Pilot or Highlander and bought an Acura. Never had even considered Acura. Really glad he gave us all the options! More

Our experience was great! Trent was very friendly, helpful and inviting. He was ready for us when we arrived and had the car right outside waiting for us. The facility was very nice and comfortable.
