Came from quincy il to buy cause online we saw a nice discount with special financing and it made the buying process quick and easy and we loved it. Best buy car experience we have ever had. My sales man was great- although it took over a month to receive the key for my brand new vehicle at the fault of the back office. I had to call the upwards of 6-7 different times before it was sent to me. receive the key for my brand new vehicle at the fault of the back office. I had to call the upwards of 6-7 different times before it was sent to me. If it wasn’t for Trent checking in on it- I am certain I would have not received it. Why did I have to wait a month to obtain the key to a brand new vehicle? DOR got me the title before I got my key! At the end- there was no compensation or even I’m sorry from anyone in the back office- only Trent. I hope the back office does better for their sales people and their customers. More
