My first purchased was an excellent experience but last year I spoke with an agent for trading and purchasing a new model and he never got back with me. This year again, I wanted to buy and upgrade to a lu year I spoke with an agent for trading and purchasing a new model and he never got back with me. This year again, I wanted to buy and upgrade to a luxury vehicle and they didn’t have the vehicle I wanted, instead they wanted me to put money down for them to order it for me. Not sure about you but I like to see, test drive before I purchase a vehicle. So that option didn’t work for me either. Thanks More
