Every bit of service to my car up to this point was done by this dealership. If I could write a book about this service department it would be a long and terrible one. So I’ll start from the beginning, the second time I ever got the oil changed on my brand new car I noticed an oil spot on my driveway, I crawled under my car and the oil drain plug was nearly all the way unscrewed. Had I not noticed or the drain plug fallen out while I was driving and all of the oil leaked from my car it could have cause irreversible damage to my car. The second time my car was in the shop it was throwing codes left and right (21,000 miles) instead of searching for the actual problem I was given a $2,200 invoice for parts that were nowhere near close to the problem. Greg May was trying to get me to buy a turbo intercooler and a skid plate and a load of other stuff (that of course wasn’t under warranty). In actuality my car needed a new cylinder head. The third time my car was in the shop was after my new cylinder head was put on, after only 20 miles and not even 1 day of driving my car broke down again and I had to get it towed back to the dealership for apparently a new set of spark plugs. I suppose they couldn’t have just done that when they replaced the cylinder head... Fast forward to today 10/31/2020 I noticed a HUGE oil spot in my drive way and when I checked the oil level, there was no oil on the dipstick. Both the oil drain plug and the oil filter were tight and not leaking oil so I can only assume some major gasket burst. I haven’t had it diagnosed yet but my car will be taken to Cleo Bay Honda NOT Greg May. (UPDATE) I brought my car to Cleo Bay and they determined the issue causing massive oil loss was from a bent timing belt cover. Cleo Bay also stated that the only way this would have been bent was during Greg Mays work changing my cylinder head. Cleo Bay then informed me that the timing belt cover isn’t a warranty part because it should, under no circumstances, ever be damaged unless a mechanic working on your car damages it. So, Cleo Bay contacted Greg May on my behalf telling Greg May that they had bent the cover and they needed to make it right and fix it. Greg May basically told Cleo bay to screw off they weren’t dealing with me ever again. Cleo Bay then contacted the regional Honda manager and got approval to fix my car for free. Trent Fedro is the most unprofessional and rude person I have ever had to deal with. When the review on this website was noticed he gave me a call and demanded that I come up to Greg May and speak to him and that he would “probably tell me to tow it somewhere else, he would not touch it” (his exact words) I guess reviews are more important than fixing the actual problem. I have never in my life dealt with such rude and incompetent people. Save yourself some time and the raise in blood pressure and go ANYWHERE else. More

Excellent interaction with the service advisor, and I was kept well advised of their attempts to fix my issue. It was finally fixed - great job - and I haven't had the issue again since then. However, it t kept well advised of their attempts to fix my issue. It was finally fixed - great job - and I haven't had the issue again since then. However, it took 4 visits before they found the problem. On the other hand, along the way while trying to resolve my issue, they found some other issues I was not aware of and fixed them under my Honda extended warranty at no charge, so on balance, I'm very satisfied. More
