Not the best....brought my car in for a recall issue. Picked it up with bags of wires in my seats and the back panel in the cargo area not put back. I was a half hour early so I thought I would be there forever but it really pretty quick. Would be 5 but I’m always told there is no loaner car and repair time was 3 weeks longer than originally told. Did not provide loaner car until 3 weeks into repair. This put a hardship on our dual working fa repair time was 3 weeks longer than originally told. Did not provide loaner car until 3 weeks into repair. This put a hardship on our dual working family. Trent was amazing though and this is one of the VERY few times I have been satisfied with the service at this dealership. The people are friendly, the policies make me not want to buy another car there. More

Greg May Honda has given me great service every time I've come in for my service. Lawrence Matthys has been my sales person on new and uses cars. He has been easy and fair to work with. Would have given a five star rating but after the tire rotation the system indicated there was a tire low on air as I drove off the parking lot of the dealership. I had to check tire pressure when I arriv rotation the system indicated there was a tire low on air as I drove off the parking lot of the dealership. I had to check tire pressure when I arrived home. Tire pressure was where it should be. I calibrated the vehicle and all seemed well until the following day the warning light came on again. Tire pressure is where it should be on all four tires. Calibrated again and this time it seems to have worked. More
