The gentleman that took my car in seemly didn’t want to take it in. He said he checked to see if an up date was due and said he didn’t see one and he said he didn’t see the warranty on the car. Trent, the Service Manager, at Greg May Honda was excellent for us during this visit. Our older Honda Accord needed a part that was very expensive to purchase new from Honda. Trent was able to locat excellent for us during this visit. Our older Honda Accord needed a part that was very expensive to purchase new from Honda. Trent was able to locate us a substitute part (like kind & quality) that was far less expensive but still an original Honda part. I greatly appreciated his diligence in looking out for our maintenance cost during this visit. More
