Needs improvement I recently bought the 2018 Honda in November. If dealership had done certified inspection, why was it not noticed that safety belt did not work in bac I recently bought the 2018 Honda in November. If dealership had done certified inspection, why was it not noticed that safety belt did not work in back passenger seat. You were quick to help resolve. However, your system had old contact info from years ago so it took me calling back after a few weeks to get problem serviced. Afterwards I had erroneous charges on my account that was only resolved with putting owner refuses recommended service in order to not be charged. So account reflects inaccurate info. My tags that were suppose to be in 2 weeks, I never got a call about. A month later I called to check on them and was dismissively told “Oh yeah, you can come in a get them or we can mail them to you”. No follow up from dealership after purchase other than a survey by email. I will say that the quality of service has went down since my last purchase from this dealership. I got a lot better service and follow up from the Chevrolet dealership of my last vehicle. I’m disappointed. More

Great service for widows I have had wonderful experiences with Greg May Honda Service. When I needed to purchase a new vehicle, I wouldn't go anywhere else to purchase due to I have had wonderful experiences with Greg May Honda Service. When I needed to purchase a new vehicle, I wouldn't go anywhere else to purchase due to the great service experiences over the last 13 years. Only one time did I have an issue. I went to service manager with my paperwork and he took care of it immediate. It was a dishonest employee who lost his job shortly thereafter. He tried to charge me for the same mileage maintenance 2 times. I like having all my service appts. in their computer. They always seem to look out for my best interest. I know so little about automotive things, that trust is very important to me. More

Superb service! Diagnosis made at 4pm for timing belt and spark plugs on my 2012 Odyssey. But I needed the car for a 7am airport run. Two master techs working upper Diagnosis made at 4pm for timing belt and spark plugs on my 2012 Odyssey. But I needed the car for a 7am airport run. Two master techs working upper and lower issues had it all completed by 6pm. Very grateful for the extra effort! More

They are all friendly, caring, authentic people that do a good job taking care of my car as well as explaining things to me and not being pushy about getting certain things done. Allan deserves top recognition for customer service as he truly provides the best car service experience I have ever had at any dealership/shop and he really cares. He goes above and beyond to accommodate customers, even when they take out their frustrations on him. I notice how he consistently keeps his cool, always treats others well, and knows most customers by name and makes you feel welcome. Allan and the service team work quickly but get the job done right. I appreciate them so much! More

Disappointed Allen has always been my service tech contact yet he was not working this past Saturday. I had an 8am appt for a simple oil change. By 9am they stil Allen has always been my service tech contact yet he was not working this past Saturday. I had an 8am appt for a simple oil change. By 9am they still hadn’t started and then didn’t have the filter for my car. The appt was made a week in advance. I left at 10am having to hurry due to another engagement. I spoke to Lawrence and the service manager explaining that they knew I was coming in and it should not take 2 hrs. They comped my appt Thank you but disappointed. More

Excellent Had a problem with the Satellite radio antenna which required replacing. They did it fast and also did a Service Minder A service in about 2.5 hours.
