I called (using the handsfree function) to set up an appointment was scheduled for Friday, Nov. 8. I was thrilled it could be handed so quickly. car was ready very soon I went in for oil change, cabin filter change and tire rotation. when I went to pick it up they did not do the rotation because they said I needed ne I went in for oil change, cabin filter change and tire rotation. when I went to pick it up they did not do the rotation because they said I needed new tires. They gave me a bid on tires and the option to by some but did not have but 3. I feel they should have rotated them and given me a chance to shop around. More
