Great customer service, awesome amenities in the waiting area, fast at getting the job done. However though, after I got my new tires, a few hours later I found myself stranded at a gas station due to my br area, fast at getting the job done. However though, after I got my new tires, a few hours later I found myself stranded at a gas station due to my brake hose being knocked out of place and rubbing against the inside of the tire, causing a leak. I’m not saying it was this dealership’s fault, but it would be very hard for a bump on the road to cause this or it go unnoticed at the dealership when they were changing the tires. Overall I would still recommend Jim Glover for your auto care needs in the Tulsa area. It is by far the best Chrysler dealership I have ever been to More

I feel there is opportunity for vast improvements in the service department. Communication was not very good. I was not greeted on the service drive so I had to figure out what to do. The service advisor d service department. Communication was not very good. I was not greeted on the service drive so I had to figure out what to do. The service advisor did not do a walk around of my car with me. I had to call on day 2 to check on my car. I was told there was not good communication from the second shift mechanics so 2 days in I had no answers on my car. A part was ordered for my car 2 weeks ago and I have not heard anything. Very poor customer service, no communication and no process in service department. More
