I'm 62 years and I've bought a lot of cars in my lifetime, but Carter Chevrolet was the dealership experience I've ever had. The "making friends, selling cars" is not just a slogan, it's really h lifetime, but Carter Chevrolet was the dealership experience I've ever had. The "making friends, selling cars" is not just a slogan, it's really how then operate. That's for everybody at the dealership, too. Grant, the sales manager, noted that I'm sure in there a lot which is true it's fun to go there and shoot the breeze. What other car dealer could I say that about? None of them! Special thanks to Nathan my salesman who was great and to Jason for the patience to deal with having deal with all the changes to my order. More

Called Trevor, he was honest over the phone about availability and had the trucks I was interested in pulled up and waiting when I arrived. After being burned by a dealership in Edmond the day before, I texted the Carter dealership about one of their ads at 6:30 am. Unbelievably to me, I got a reply from Trevor Leffingwell letting me know t before, I texted the Carter dealership about one of their ads at 6:30 am. Unbelievably to me, I got a reply from Trevor Leffingwell letting me know that they could meet my budget on the car and would I like to come see it. Even though I had to drive 30 miles from Edmond to Okarche, it was well worth it to deal with people that actually cared about serving their customers needs, and not have the 2 hour hold you there and tire you out game like I experienced at the Metro dealership, only to let you know that they had wasted your time and actually couldn't get within 3000.00 of the original agreed upon top price! Trevor was knowledgeable and helpful with slight problems on my end and made this process of buying my Mom's last car of her 86 yr life, a totally satisfying experience, giving me the exact deal he said he would in person as he did via text. The car was actually cleaner in person than it was on site: like brand new. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. More
