It may have been there when we test drove it, so I was willing to accept it "as-is". HOWEVER, when we just mentioned it to them in case they were willing to touch it up, they tried to say they thought we must have forced the windshield wiper up - on a new car, the night we bought it? I was willing to set that aside. Bought our 2018 Dodge Ram from them. Again, agreed to the rust protection package. HOWEVER, picking up the Dodge after getting rustproofing, I noticed the chasis/frame didn't appear to have anything sprayed on it.. Do you just apply some wax for rustproofing of the frame? Do you just rely on the rustproofing Mazda's come with from factory, and upcharge to apply some wax? Anyway, nothing that would actually rustproof my undercarriage was applied to the frame of my truck. For that, 2 strikes, I give 2 stars. More
