I just can't say how horrible the service center employees are and service managers at this place, they know nothing about customer service. Don't care about your used car you bought there or your s employees are and service managers at this place, they know nothing about customer service. Don't care about your used car you bought there or your safety, fought with them for hours and nothing. Wouldn't work with us at all. Plus no call back when the vehicle was done, I had to call then several times still no call back, I had to go they to see if it was done, imagine that! It was done so they diagnosed it said what was wrong,also told us your ball joints were lose, now wouldn't you think if that when they looked at the car, had it on the hoist, maybe a call or something to fix it!!! Nothing, they were going to let my daughter take the car and drive it with kids in it!! WOW!!! That there tells me how they care, all they are worried about is there money, oh!! Plus, people check your receipts closely, they will charge you for things that don't need to be done, plus found out the charged 100% markup on all there parts!!! THEY ARE NOT HONEST AT THIS PLACE GUYS!!! I WOULD STAY AWAY! NOTHING BUT A HASSLE AND HEADACHES THAT YOU DON'T NEED!! NEVER BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!IF YOU DO! GOOD LUCK!!! THIS IS THE SECOND VEHICLE WE BOUGHT HERE, NEVER AGAIN!! both cars are a piece, so much money we stuck into these, not to mention the extended warranty, they don't back that up at all. Must be to much paperwork for them or something. This is just one issue of many with this place. And I am not the kind of person to complain on things but this place hit that spot, as it will with all of you.I CAN GUARANTEE THAT!! SO THE ONE STAR RATING WAS BEING NICE, LOL WISH IT WOULD GO TO THE NEGATIVES LOL. More

I am a new Mazda owner. I purchased t vehicle at Inver Grove, MN and had a great experience; start to finish. When it came time to secure my vehicle, I thought I’d bring it I purchased t vehicle at Inver Grove, MN and had a great experience; start to finish. When it came time to secure my vehicle, I thought I’d bring it to the Mazda service center nearest to my business in LaCrosse. Not a good idea and that’s a review I’ll be leaving on their site. Needless to say, I did not reschedule my appt there, and chose Chippewa Valley Mazda. Wow. I cannot be more impressed. I had a service soon light on, and a recall to check out. I was met by welcoming personnel, and the service dept got to my vehicle immediately. Personnel came to the customer waiting area four times to update me on what was being done. Then, I got a text message with a video from the tech working on my CX-90! The video was of my actual vehicle, and staff explaining what was diagnosed, etc. All of my questions were answered, work was completed in a timely fashion, staff was thorough and friendly. I sincerely could not have asked for better service. (And there’s a Mazda shop in LaX who should truly get training from you all.) THANK YOU 👍🏼😊 More
