terrible. My ex husband and I a baggie of illicit substance inside steering column a day after the car was delivered to us We went to the dealership

No one in that dealership reached out or offered a reasonable explanation/assistance/ or make it right approach to this situation. We asked that Mark Mason, who is the owner, to call me, so far, I still haven't heard from him.
3. They owe me a tow hitch. After two days, no one in that dealership scheduled anything to get it done. I had to call the service department myself to schedule this tow hitch installation.
4. The dealership was supposed to clean/detail or at least remove that Galeana dealer sticker on the back of the truck. When it was delivered to my home, the truck was still dirty, and still had that Galeana dealer sticker. And they didn't clean the truck. Still had previous owner dog hair in the seats.
5. This is the worst experience I have had with this dealer. If I can redo everything, I would run away. And I will never ever recommend this dealer to any of my family, friends coworkers, or neighbors.
