Transparent pricing and they were generous and fair with my trade-in. The value they gave me what pretty much what I was expecting to get after doing my own research, and was glad I didn't have to fight over it. The deal did hit a bump when the vehicle I chose had an issue off the lot. But the team worked with me to get past that and into something that same day by offering a discount on the same vehicle with a slightly different trim. It all worked out and I'm very happy with the purchase and my new Tiguan. My only complaint is that it really seems like the body shop rushed to get the car ready and out the door for me. It feels like it was an "it's the end of the day and we all want to go home already" job. I have to bring it back in to have some spots buffed out from the manufacture wrap that they missed. More

I explained why I was there and that I had no intention of buying a car that day. After we looked at the GTI Trevor politely asked me if I might be interested in running my numbers by him. I sensed that he was low key, and we had a friendly conversation. I had done a great deal of research and I knew my $ numbers. He respected my knowledge and the fact that I am a senior citizen still interested in high performance and enthusiast driving. He ran my numbers by Caitlin his Sales Manager (see separate review) only one time, and our deal was done shortly thereafter. I neglected to mention in Caitlin’s review that the GTI speced the way I wanted it was located at another western PA dealership. Caitlin had the car transferred to Cochran promptly and safely. I’ll also mention that Trevor and Caitlin both return phone calls and emails promptly, and with real information. If there was a delay in getting back to me, each response began with an apology. Thank you so much guys for sparing me from the expected dreaded haggling and drawn out process of purchasing a new car! More
