I was getting ready to leave for vacation and found out my 2013 Jetta had a ton of work that needed to be done before I could drive it. Ugh. Last thing I wanted to hear but the Sales team at Cochran VW on West Liberty helped me to find a new Jetta with the functions/accessories I needed at a price I could afford. Even with a few hoops popping up to jump through they were able to get me on the road a day later. They were helpful, kind and went beyond what they needed to do. I appreciate the work they put in and will definitely use them again in the future! Thanks Trevor, Brandee, Jessica, Jim & everyone else there!! And FYI- I was asked to leave a review but they deserve the five stars and I will absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle. More

This time in particular, working with Trevor, was a wonderful experience. He kept things light and never pressured me into anything. Laid out all of the options up front and was very transparent. It really makes for a better experience when things are done that way. Trevor also stayed late Friday and Saturday night to work with me and complete my purchase. I know how annoying it can be to be kept late at work on a Friday or Saturday let alone two days in a row, but Trevor did it with a smile. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking at vehicles both at Volkswagen or any of the other #1 Cochran dealerships. More

Best Car Buy Experience Yet!! First off, TREVOR is the best car salesman I have ever worked with. This was my 4th car I have purchased and my second VW from Number One Cochran. I d First off, TREVOR is the best car salesman I have ever worked with. This was my 4th car I have purchased and my second VW from Number One Cochran. I did unfortunately have a bad experience purchasing my first VW from Number One Cochran a few years ago, but it was just a bad employee that no longer works there and not Number One Cochran itself. BUT Trevor definitely made up for it by going above and beyond to make sure this time was nothing like last. He did not forget a single thing i said i wanted. I left with the vehicle I exactly wanted! His Sales Manager Jess and Finance department, Brandee, were also exceptional and made the process so easy! I financed my car and was out the door in less than 30 min after we came to an agreement on a price! THERE WAS NO PRESSURE at all to buy anything the whole time! All they cared about was making sure i was happy! I will continue to buy cars from Trevor and Number One Cochran for as long as I can! I have already recommend 2 coworkers to stop in and check them out! Also, the service department at the South Hills location is exceptional. Mike is who I usually deal with, he knows me before he even looks at my paperwork! I would highly recommend stopping in and talking to someone.. they can also help you find different makes and models since they have so many other stores! More
