I hadn’t purchased a car since 2016, so I was taking my time comparing multiple options online and trying to make the best decision. Within minutes of my online inquiry, Trevor called me, answered all of my initial questions, and quickly sent over all the information I requested.
I was intentionally trying to avoid going into a dealership to steer clear of pressure or making an impulsive decision, so I went back and forth with Trevor quite a bit to make sure this was truly the right car and the best deal. He was always quick, informative, and never pushy, which made the entire process feel comfortable and stress-free.
By the time I came in for a quick test drive, all of my questions (even the ones I ran by ChatGPT 😅) had already been answered. Once I arrived at the dealership, it was an easy yes, and the rest of the process was completely seamless.
