This above average car dealership has some of the best kepted vehicles in the metroplex. Their attention to detail is obvious and customer service second to none. A BIG shout out goes to my man, SAMMY KHADER! Sammy was our sales rep the 2nd time around and he was nothing but brilliant. Talking about first impressions.....WOW! Sammy made sure my wife and I were a priority from the very first hand shake(s) to the last. He made us feel comfortable and at ease during the entire experience. At firs ***BUYERS BEWARE**** CAUTION **** 🚨🚨READ BEFORE YOU BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP🚨🚨 I recently contacted e car one and spoke with Trevor. At first he seemed like a really nice guy but as the deal went on he did nothing but lie. This has been the worst experience I have ever experienced. I was a lay down sale. I already knew what I wanted and had my down payment but he just wanted to get more money out of me. I was already pre financed and everything. I am really disappointed. I asked to speak with the mgr but never got anyone. One time I called he answered and said he was the MGR. I will be filing a complaint with cap1 and the BBB if I don’t get a clear understanding as to why they are falsifing information. ***update*** After this post I decided to give them another chance to earn my business. All I can say is BEWARE this company is scandalous and will take advantage of you. I advise you to double check behind them by calling which ever financial institution that you decide to get finance by because these people are not honest. Now that we have gotten that out the way. As I stated earlier I came to them already preapproved with a handsome down payment. They told me on the initial work up of the deal with cap1 that I would have to provide more money but when I look at my auto navigator for capital it said something completely different. I texted Trevor and told him my issue but he said the auto nag was not 100 percent accurate. So I called cap one and asked about the deal cap1 said that I was approved for the car with warranty and gap as the car dealership stated that I wasn’t and would have to fork over more money. After I got off the phone with cap1 I called Trevor again about my issues but he said the banker I was talking to could have the full deal so, I called cap1 back a second and third time but was told the same thing. I also told them what the dealership said. So the next day I called the dealership to speak with the finance MGR Ozzy. When I called I got a sales name Mitchell on the phone who refused to put Ozzie on the phone as phone calls have to be screened first. He then preceded to ask me every question under sun except my ssn. I keep asking to speak with Ozzie. After calling back several times I finally got Ozzie on the phone. He tried to fast talk me. Telling me that non of the info I called was correct and all the things he could. I believe him first mistake. I finally got us all on one accord so I thought. Cap1, the dealership, and my self we were in alignment when Ozzie came of with this big ideal to get me financed with another back ally financial for a lower APR. I hesitant but I decided against my better judgement. At this point I was two days away from my pre approval with cap1 ending so, I wasn’t sure but he I insured me everything was legit. So, I trusted him in his words who wouldn’t want to a lower interest rate. I signed the paperwork after the pre Purchased inspection was done. I thought everything was done but I didn’t feel right because they had been so dishonest before. So I called ally financial and was told that they falsified information. Ally financial stated that they had changed my income on my application. I guess this was how they were going to get the lower APR. At this point I had already given them $1700 on my down payment and ppi. I called them and told them my concerns and Ozzie well we can just go with cap1 as Ally has denied your loan. This was another lie the back did not deny me they wanted them to resubmit the application with the correct income. The bank said they should be reaching out but they did reach out about this matter just the remaining of my down payment. Even after the bank told them to reach out and resubmit the app they didn’t but consistently asked about my down payment. I’m not going tarnish their name with assumptions but I can tell you to BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY AND DOUBLE CHECK YOUR INFO. I am waiting on my refund. I will be filing several complaints.
