For a scheduled appointment oil changed tire rotation it took over an hour when they were finished they did not release my car because the service advisor decided to stand around and chitchat with other emp took over an hour when they were finished they did not release my car because the service advisor decided to stand around and chitchat with other employees and when I went to them and said is my car done oh yeah, it’s been done about 10 minutes. Sorry that’s unacceptable when I have children to get home too not very happy. More
