Used Truck Experience I live 5 hours away from this dealership and found the PERFECT truck online for a fantastic price. I was hesitant to call and try to conduct business I live 5 hours away from this dealership and found the PERFECT truck online for a fantastic price. I was hesitant to call and try to conduct business over the phone but I'm very happy I did. My sales person was Kevin Seibel and he was simply fantastic. He returned all my phone calls quickly and answered my multiple text messages promptly. He was very accommodating and found out the information I needed to make the transaction as easy as possible. When we first arrived at the dealership we were greeted by the Internet/Fleet Manager, Charles Williams. Charles was fantastic to talk with and extremely friendly. Trey Engle, the Finance Director shopped around and found me a MUCH lower rate than what Ford initially offered. This actually saved me close to $1k in finance charges. Carlos, in the detail area, came out and inspected the truck one last time before we left. Everyone we interacted with at the dealership was great, except the two parts counter guys inside the dealership. They were clearly annoyed just by my presence. If you're looking for a used vehicle, find Kevin, he was great!!! Overall, a wonderful and painless experience and I would not hesitate to do business here again. More
