Alan and Trey were worthy of a five star rating and great to work with during the purchase of our Tacoma. The only reason I would give the dealership a four star rating is the up charge of $5,000 for the mar to work with during the purchase of our Tacoma. Kenny Eastman was great as were other members of the Toyota of Cool Springs team with which I interacted. Jason Han helped located the vehicle as it was still in production and Kenny emailed me every fe Toyota of Cool Springs team with which I interacted. Jason Han helped located the vehicle as it was still in production and Kenny emailed me every few days as we waited a few weeks for my 2022 RAV4 AWD Limited to arrive at the dealership. He is personable and helpful. Made the process very easy. I picked up my vehicle in the evening so the next day Jason Han explain some of the drive controls. Then Kenny texted and called the week following the purchase. When I asked questions about the backup camera Kenny invited me to come in again so he could demonstrate more of the features. I would highly recommend Toyota of Cool Springs. Additionally the service lounge looked so comfortable that I plan to bring my new RAV4 to Cool Springs for service every 5k miles despite it being 15 minutes farther than the Toyota dealership closest to my home. Toyota of Cool Springs is unmatched in service, professionalism, and caring for the whole customer. My visit was not a standard “buy a new car” situation. I was dealing with mobilization issues, pa professionalism, and caring for the whole customer. My visit was not a standard “buy a new car” situation. I was dealing with mobilization issues, pandemic concerns, and generally being out of the loop from being isolated the past year. From the moment I talked to Alan Richardson at the beginning of the process, until I signed the final paperwork with Trey Wade, I was treated as a valued customer. My issues with a walker and mobility were handled with dignity and respect. My inability to be vaccinated and concerns about distancing were quietly and smoothly handled, I never felt demeaned or judged. When all points of the purchase were explained, and let’s face it, Toyota Tundras are not a hard sale, and we had all the information to make an educated purchase, Trey, with assistance from Jim Gile on the paperwork, worked his magic, and we left the dealership with a fair, honest, satisfactory experience that we won’t soon forget. I will never purchase a vehicle anywhere else. More
