Despite the pandemic, I felt safe in the dealership. All personnel were wearing masks. The salesman, Carlos, was knowledgable and professional. Travelled from almost 3 hours out of town to Toyota of Cool Springs because they were the only dealer within that radius that had the inventory we were looking for. Frederick Edmonson was professional, amicable, low-pressure, and made sure we were educated about the vehicle we were purchasing. I am a bit of a car aficionado, and usually find that I am more well-informed about the vehicle we are looking at than the salesperson is, but Frederick proved himself to be the most accurate and well-informed sales representative I have ever dealt with. That is no small complement. Trey Wade in F&I was also efficient and easy to work with. More
