I will never buy a car from ANYONE else again. I was sold a lemon 2 months ago and when the original salesman did NOTHING to help me, Al came through like a real superhero!!! He got me out of the lemon and i a lemon 2 months ago and when the original salesman did NOTHING to help me, Al came through like a real superhero!!! This was by far the easiest purchase we have ever made! I spoke with Fredrick prior to making the trip to Tennessee. He was upfront and very informative prior to us arriving. Fredrick handled alot of the initial start up on the phone so by the time we came in to buy it took less time..great strategy and did not have to stay all day at dealership..Definitely 10 stars for them all.If we had any questions they made sure we were clear on the answers. Mom car shopping. We began looking for a new car when I found out we’d be having our second child. The Land Rover we had didn’t accommodate the car seats as well as I w We began looking for a new car when I found out we’d be having our second child. The Land Rover we had didn’t accommodate the car seats as well as I wanted for two. Needless to say I’m not the most car smart person. I know the features I want but a lot of the rest of it seems like a different language to me. When we first went to look at a used car we had a salesman who was nice. However he put a lot of pressure on purchasing instead of really helping us find exactly what we wanted. We also walked in saying we didn’t want to spend over 30,000 on a vehicle and none of the cars we saw were under. Even though we specifically went in to look at one. Well fast forward to waiting till the last minute, easily done with a 14 month old at home and a full time job. I’d found one online I decided that I really liked and wanted to see. I was a little hesitant about returning because I was hoping for a different salesperson and I didn’t feel like that was the most polite thing to do. My husband was working so I asked my dad to go with me because he loves a good negotiation and I thought he was a lot better with being firm than I know I am. Luckily, the first guy that helped us wasn’t there and we ended up stuck with Josh E. Well he actually ended up stuck with us ha. We could not, and let me stress this, could not have been happier with a sales specialist. He was extremely friendly and easy to talk to. I didn’t feel dumb or like I needed to rely on someone else to ask Questions for me. If he didn’t know the answer he was upfront about it and found someone that could answer it. We ended up making him spend the whole day with us going over prices and trade in amounts and he was a trooper through all of the negotiations and stare downs. He was more concerned with making sure we were happy and satisfied than he was making a sale. Even though as about to pop as I am it was pretty obvious he’d get one (ha). I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new vehicle!! I am beyond happy with my purchase, payment amount, protection on the vehicle, and everything else that comes from This dealership! Trey was also amazing! We really just couldn’t be any happier with how everything went our second time around! More

As you can see, I gave them 5 stars because of their excellent customer service. It was a very smooth process from beginning to end. More specifically, I would like to give a high praise to Jim Gile and Trey Wade. Both were extremely genuine and true professionals. Both found a way to make things work in my favor and a price range that was very fair for the vehicle I purchased. Thank you both for your patience and staying late on a Friday to close my deal.
