This was by far the best car-buying experience I have ever had! I would highly recommend buying from Patrick Subaru. I drove past two other dealers to go to Patrick because the professionalism, courtes ever had! I would highly recommend buying from Patrick Subaru. I drove past two other dealers to go to Patrick because the professionalism, courtesy and attention to detail was head and shoulders above the other dealers that I dealt with. More

We worked with Tri Le to purchased a 2013 Outback and he couldn't have been more informed or helpful. He had/has extensive knowlege of the vehicle and answered all of our questions. He helped us through couldn't have been more informed or helpful. He had/has extensive knowlege of the vehicle and answered all of our questions. He helped us through the whole process and he kept in constant contact with us, so we always knew what was happening. We drove 50 miles to come to this dealership even though we have two Subaru dealers much closer to us. When we buy our next Subaru we will be coming back to Patrick Subaru. More

Tri Le is the reason why I purchased another vehicle from him, heck, I might even consider a Cadillac if he were selling one (just kidding). Friendly, knowledgeable, easy to deal with, helpful, considerate a him, heck, I might even consider a Cadillac if he were selling one (just kidding). Friendly, knowledgeable, easy to deal with, helpful, considerate are main assets. In general, good experience with dealership though no experience with maintenance at this time. I would absolutely refer friends to his care. And I love the Impreza and the BRZ. More

Felt very comfortable with Tri from the first moment we walked inside the dealership. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and didn't put any pressure on us; either as to what type of car or to make the purcha walked inside the dealership. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and didn't put any pressure on us; either as to what type of car or to make the purchase quickly. He wanted to make sure we moved at a pace we were comfortable and understood all the options available to us. The other staff we interacted with were similarly friendly and relaxed even while negotiating price. Of the five dealerships we visited Patrick was the most professional, least pushy, and best experiance. We are very glad to have worked with Tri and the rest of the staff there. More

Tri Le was terrific from the time he greeted us until the time I rolled off the lot in a new Subaru BRZ. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and very easy going. I had traveled a considerable distance to this time I rolled off the lot in a new Subaru BRZ. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and very easy going. I had traveled a considerable distance to this dealership, and Tri definitely made it worth the trip. He worked extra hard to get the car insured, registered, financed, and prepped, so I was able to drive it off the lot, rather than having to make the long trip back. A 5 star experience. More

Tri made purchasing my new car an absolute pleasure - and considering I live nearly 200 miles away, that's saying something! All of my concerns about purchasing a vehicle from out of state quickly went away considering I live nearly 200 miles away, that's saying something! All of my concerns about purchasing a vehicle from out of state quickly went away once I started working with Tri and staff at Patrick Subaru. I honestly couldn't be happier with my transaction. From start to finish it was clear that I was working with people who genuinely cared about doing a good job and took pride in the work they do. In particular, Tri was responsible for such a positive experience. He was extremely knowledgeable about the various ( sometimes subtle ) aspects of an out of sate purchase. Tri was also very receptive to my fairly unique situation and clearly dedicated a considerable amount of time to making sure everything went smooth. I found it very refreshing to encounter a dealership that took me seriously from the very beginning and treated me like I lived next door - even though I was literally a 'virtual customer' until Tri picked me up at the bus station ( thanks again BTW ). Beyond that, I also was amazed that Todd was able to offer me an impossibly low price on a ( currently ) impossible to find car. Yet another example of a dealership with a staff that is aiming to please and is willing to take the time to do things right. Thanks, Chris More

We had a fabulous experience with Tom Welch when we purchased our Suburu Legacy 2012 Premium 2.5i; we added bunch of features and we thought we would keep the vehicle for many years to come and paid 23 purchased our Suburu Legacy 2012 Premium 2.5i; we added bunch of features and we thought we would keep the vehicle for many years to come and paid 23.1K, which was generously a fair value. Recalling the good experience, I called back again after 5 months from purchase date as our situation had changed with expecting twins. We wanted to buy Suburu Tribeca, unfortunately I dealt with Lisa Borricino who was extremely rude and unfriendly ; she was so rude on the phone that I had vowed to never buy a car from Patrick again with her disrespectful and condescending tone that almost made me believe she didn't want to sell the car..she told me that our car is devalued at 19K and told me to take it or leave it. In response, Steve Rivers-Sales Manager called me back and apologized for the unprofessional woman who dealt with me. He provided the trade in Quote and the total cost of the vehicle which was what I wanted... The trade in offer this time was 22K, which was much reasonable. We went back to the dealership, we had a pleasant time with Tri Le, he probably is most mild mannered and cool salesman we ever met. He was well informed from financial cost to vehicle engineering. He was not pushy at all and he respected our space. He took his time to ensure that our double stroller fit in the back of the SUV and provided really good informative advices on overhead storage as well. He is an excellent car salesman and highly recommend him. I recommend working with Patrick dealership/ Tri Le and go back there again More

I've bought 7 cars, and this was the best experience I've ever had! Tri Le came recommended to me by a couple of people who had dealt with him before. After doing extensive research and test driving a few di ever had! Tri Le came recommended to me by a couple of people who had dealt with him before. After doing extensive research and test driving a few different cars at other places, I decided to go to Patrick Subaru and work with Tri. I found that the attention Tri offered surpassed any I experienced at another dealer. He was willing to show me whatever I wanted to see, wasn't rushed or hurried, and actually has an engineering background that allowed him to "show and tell" the car as an engineer. I went from one local dealership who couldn't explain what made one of their models a "sport" model, to working with Tri who explained how the piston design in the engine allows for a lower center of gravity, and how the wishbone suspension system gives more space in the back. All in all, its reassuring to buy a car from someone who (from an engineering perspective) has a great admiration for the cars he sells, and isn't there just to push cars out the door and make a buck. Tri treated me like I was the only customer who mattered at the time. Patrick also gave me a fair amount for my trade in. While I could have made more on a private sale, having them take care of all paperwork, the title, the registration, etc. as well as their willingness to view the trade as a negotiating point made it more worthwhile to trade the car than sell it. Finally, working with Bob in Finance was great. He was very thorough, answered any questions I had, and was even willing to modify some of their warranty packages to better suit my needs. The dealer I had worked with before going to Patrick actually had the nerve to ask me how thankful I was to them for having such good prices. Bob was opposite: he was there to help me get the best deal on the car that I wanted, and made Patrick Subaru's customer-centric attitude apparent in every aspect of the financial negotiation. From the beginning, the vibe I got from Patrick was that they were pleased that I walked into their showroom and chose their dealership. The Subaru Forester I bought was far superior in every way to the other cars I test drove. The Forester offered the most rewarding driving experience, and felt to be the most well put together compared to the other very popular models of SUV I tested. While many dealerships get drunk off of their own kool-aid, Patrick Subaru knows they sell a great product, but they prove this by talking intelligently about their cars and not by giving you some emotional schpeel about the greatness of their brand. Tri at Patrick answered every question I had, really understood the car, and was there to make sure I drove away 100% happy. Patrick seems to be more interested in building lifelong customers than they are in making a quick sale. The loyalty from their customer base speaks for itself. I will definitely recommend others to Patrick because they value the customer over the sale, and I get the impression that this is the norm for them. More
