I'd like to extend an enthusiastic thumbs-up for the team at Patrick Subaru. Definitely my best car buying experience so far. I have to say that getting an initial quote needed some work (I started online), at Patrick Subaru. Definitely my best car buying experience so far. I have to say that getting an initial quote needed some work (I started online), but once I had Lisa on the phone, it was easy as peach. She understood what I needed, and got back to me with a good price. But once I was at the dealership, it was Tri who really took care of what needed to happen. He paid plenty of attention to detail, answered all my questions, and didn't for a moment rush me into anything. It was like talking to a new friend, not a salesperson. I now understand why he gave up a potentially lucrative career in Electrical Engineering because he loves his job so much. If so, more power to Tri! I consider myself quite a nitpicker when it comes to dealing with car dealerships and I can say wholeheartedly that I quite enjoyed my experience at Patrick Subaru. More

This is my 3rd Forester from Patrick Subaru. I have had 4 Subarus in all. I would never dream of buying any other car and customer service here is the BEST from sales to service! Everyone who works there has been very accommodating especially Tri Le who I worked with on my recent purchase of my 2011 Forester......as well as Luke who offered to help me when I showed up on a day that Tri was on the road. Luke was very personable and took the time to answer ALL of my questions. I gifted my 2004 Forester to my daughter who recently moved home so we now have 2 Foresters in the family. :-) Also, a BIG thank you to Elvis, Brenda and Melissa in the service department who are always very friendly, and accommodating. I have had all my services performed by their service department...I might be paying a bit more than if I bring my car to a regular garage, but I know that the quality of work I get there is exceptional! Thank you Patrick Subaru for a great overall experience with buying a new car!!!!!! More

After going to several dealers are reviewing our car options, it was clear that we wanted to purchase an Outback from Patrick. We even got to the price we wanted with a certain dealer, but went out of our way to go back to Patrick in the middle of a rain storm before the hurricane so we could close a deal with Tri. We are also thrilled that Patrick is adding on to their service department which will make it a full service shop in order to handle all our maintenance needs. I just purchased a brand new '11 Impreza 2.5i from Patrick Subaru and it was a process was a pleasure! Never quite been so easy and painless (27 yrs of car ownership). Tri Le was great to work w Patrick Subaru and it was a process was a pleasure! Never quite been so easy and painless (27 yrs of car ownership). Tri Le was great to work with. I came prepared and well informed about the car that I wanted and the price I was willing to pay. After test driving the car, I was able to quickly negotiate a deal with Tri's help. We shook on the deal Saturday 5pm and drove the car off the dealer's lot Monday 11am. The financing process was very smooth (1.9% DCU new car loan) and was completed without a hitch. Patrick Subaru was able immediately register the car and give me new car plates even w/o a trip to the RMV (they already have the plates in house!). Finally, Tri reviewed with me new and/or Subaru specific features, maintenance terms, and location of unusual buttons in the Impreza. He even gave me his cell phone in case I had questions! I recommend Patrick Subaru without any qualms. I'll post another review after the first service! More

Because I knew the dealership had a great reputation — I've had friends buy their Subarus from Patrick — I wanted to go there for my purchase. Having never before bought a Subaru, (I was making the move to a 2011 Impreza 5-door hatchback from a 2000 VW Jetta V6), I had a lot of questions about both the vehicle and financing. Both my salesperson, Tri, and finance guy, Rob, were super friendly and helpful as they answered every single one of my questions. Thanks to them, I got a great value for my trade-in and I left extremely happy with exactly what I wanted — and at a great price, too! I'd highly recommend them and the dealership to anyone I know who's thinking about buying a new car! More
