Stress-Free Car Buying Experience! Where do I begin with my experience at Patrick Subaru? I wanted to buy a new car this year and held off with so many things going on. Last week, I Where do I begin with my experience at Patrick Subaru? I wanted to buy a new car this year and held off with so many things going on. Last week, I looked at the used car inventory on a whim at Patrick Subaru and found an Outback I absolutely loved that fit all my criteria. I inquired about the car and was emailed an immediate response from Ashley. Ashley explained to me how the process would work during this time (during COVID-19) and her detailed response made me feel comfortable about moving forward with making an appointment to test drive the car. The day of my test drive, Michelle reached out to me to confirm my appointment time and explained how she will take the proper steps to disinfect the car prior to my arrival and that the car would be out front once I arrive - contact-less test drive was amazing and streamlined! The test drive went smoothly and upon my return, I decided to move forward with purchasing. Michelle helped me get my paperwork all set and explained everything in depth in terms of my financing options, why my current vehicle was appraised at the price it was, and the process her dealership would need to take to ensure I could take my car home as soon as possible. Due to the delays with the bank during COVID, I wasn't able to take home my car that same day, but Michelle made an appointment for me to come in the following day so we could finalize the sale. She was extremely helpful and patient this entire time. On the day of the sale, I was met by Tri who helped me with the rest of my paperwork and spent time explaining what each document was that I was signing. When we were finalizing my financing options, he explained the various add-ons offered by the dealership and spent time asking me about my concerns and driving history. This helped him determine what was the best option for me to add on and what was unnecessary; he didn't pressure me at al into adding something on that I truly didn't need. Overall, my experience at Patrick Subaru was like no other. I've dealt with many car dealerships before and I have never had a car buying experience that was so stress free and actually enjoyable. Everyone who helped me at Patrick Subaru was incredibly understanding, patient, and extremely helpful. The no-pressure environment definitely added to the experience. I highly recommend Patrick Subaru for anyone looking to purchase a Subaru; you won't be disappointed and you'll leave with a huge smile on your face! More

My initial contact was with one salesperson who came recommended by a friend. Because of the current pandemic situation, that salesperson was not readily available. Nonetheless, the head of the sales department took over and responded to my initial request. He made an appointment as soon as possible and when he got involved in helping another customer, he quickly made arrangements for someone else to handle things. Tri in finance was really helpful in explaining financing options. When I did finally visit the dealership, everyone was polite and helpful. A great experience and the easiest time I've ever had purchasing a car. More
