I had an appointment and My car was there all day for them to tell me l needed a plastic cover on the windshield behind the rear view mirror. They are supposed to contact me when the part comes in in a w them to tell me l needed a plastic cover on the windshield behind the rear view mirror. They are supposed to contact me when the part comes in in a week or two. I don’t feel confident they will successfully contact me. Another day wasted without a car ! The staff could use lessons in friendly customer service. Certainly not the best. Really, an Uber to take me both ways 4 or 5 blocks to my house. Definitely in dire need of improvements. More

3/25/2025 My husband and I had the pleasure of meeting a young lady a few weeks ago who works at Advantage Hyundai in Hicksville, New York. When we walked into this dealership, we were directed t meeting a young lady a few weeks ago who works at Advantage Hyundai in Hicksville, New York. When we walked into this dealership, we were directed to the desk of Ms. Tricia Dixon, a sales consultant. We informed her that we were looking for a car to replace my 2016 Sonata. Tricia showed us several models, including a 2025 Elantra. We explained to Tricia that we were waiting for a settlement check from the insurance company. She said that would be fine if we had to wait a week or so to complete the deal. Tricia took us on a test drive of a Kona and an Elantra. I loved how the new Elantra drove and adored the interior appointments. We put a small down payment on a black Elantra and left the dealership. There was no pressure or urgency from Ms. Dixon. She said that we could wait until we met with her business manager to finish the sale. Tricia is charming, knowledgeable about the inventory and the cars she sells. We appreciated her “no pressure” approach which always turns us off in dealerships. As we were leaving, I called her and asked if we could change the color of the car from black to red. She looked up the models available, told me she had an Elantra in red with a black interior. We picked up our car a few weeks ago. The business manager, Jermaine, was also nice to deal with when we finally financed the car. All in all, Tricia’s help made us comfortable and we love the car and how it drives. More
