I never felt pressured to make a purchase at any point, which I truly appreciated. Although there was a delay in receiving my car, due to circumstances beyond Tricia’s and the dealership’s control, she maintained consistent communication and kept me well informed throughout the delivery process. Other members of the team I would like to acknowledge are Maria and Willie. Maria, sales receptionist, was welcoming, friendly and professional both on the phone and in person.
