First and foremost, Trinidad is one of the most professional, patient, knowledgeable and pleasant sales person I have interacted in a long time. I was not 100% sure to replace my exciting MB C300 b professional, patient, knowledgeable and pleasant sales person I have interacted in a long time. I was not 100% sure to replace my exciting MB C300 because it only had 31K miles; however, Trini showed me the new 2024 C300 and then the 2023 E350w and he made it very easy for me to make a decision. He really is an asset to the Dealership and I appreciate his support and great demeanor throughout this experience. This is my third time to buy a car from this dealership and I have always been very impressed by the level of professionalism and service. The finance department and Erich Beasley were also very helpful and wonderful. Thank you for the great buying experience and I love my new MB! More
