What stood out most was how much care she put into making sure my mom felt comfortable and confident every step of the way. She even sat right in the car with her and walked through all the features so that when my mom drove off, she felt completely at ease. My mom was thrilled, and honestly, so was I. It didn’t feel like a typical dealership experience at all. It felt personal, like we were working with someone we already knew and trusted. I’ll recommend Ouafaa again and again. The reason I keep coming back is because of her. She truly goes above and beyond, and you can tell she cares about people, not just the sale.
