Complete lack of communication from everyone at the service center. I had to call multiple time and every time to get updates. My car was there over a month! Finally figured out what was going on after service center. I had to call multiple time and every time to get updates. My car was there over a month! Finally figured out what was going on after speaking with Kia America because the dealer kept directing me to them instead of explaining why vehicle wouldn’t be covered. On top of that they never provided finance options. When they did I had asked twice and finally received it only to find out it’s basically opening a new credit card so we just used one we had. Their manager was also bad at communicating what the actual issue was with my car leading to an extended amount of time it had to be there. More

Dropped my car off for service, was reassured multiple times that it would be ready by the end of the day, it was listed and told to me that the dealership closed at 6. I called at 5:15 to check on my car times that it would be ready by the end of the day, it was listed and told to me that the dealership closed at 6. I called at 5:15 to check on my car and was told that everybody from the service center had already gone home for the day. Had to escalate to management so that I could get my car back (this was a Friday). We have five children and this is a minivan, and I had told them multiple times that this is the only vehicle we own that holds all of our family.
