The work t that helped did not explain what was going on with my truck. I was told we could a diagnosis for a rate then say d no the rate went up because they need to look further into where the problem. Bu with my truck. He would not boy answer text not my calls even when t can’t me 30 seconds before. SMH More

The staff is very unwelcoming borderline rude and no one ever knows what is going on with your vehicle. Communication is horrible. Our vehicle has been here three times for the same problem and this would n ever knows what is going on with your vehicle. Communication is horrible. Our vehicle has been here three times for the same problem and this would not be our first choice of service center ever again but we are stuck here now because of the extended warranty. More
