The service team will sit on your car for months and lie to you about why it’s not done. The mechanics are incompetent. Glorified parts changers. When they do repair your vehicle they leave the area greasy. to you about why it’s not done. The mechanics are incompetent. Glorified parts changers. I've taken my truck for service since I purchased the truck there in 2017 (only this dealership has worked on my truck). On three occasions after basic service was completed, I've had major work to be do truck there in 2017 (only this dealership has worked on my truck). On three occasions after basic service was completed, I've had major work to be done less than two weeks of service; first my AC went out ($1600); second my transmission went bad at 63k miles ($8200); and now my engine is backfiring and the dealer wants $5k just to break down the cylinder heads. I have lost faith in this dealership and currently looking for alternative ways to get my truck fixed. Thanks, SN More
