Trisha Stone was amazing, as was the entire staff of Lithia Hyundai of Reno. She was very attentive and listened to all of my concerns. She gave me great advice and was able to squeeze me in when she re Lithia Hyundai of Reno. She was very attentive and listened to all of my concerns. She gave me great advice and was able to squeeze me in when she realized I was going to be stranded in Reno (as I am from CA and was leaving the next day) and made it her mission to get my car fixed. She also went above and beyond advocating for me and making sure everything was done right. She made sure I understood every step in the process and also explained things to me in a very clear way. She gave me timely updates and kept me in the loop of everything. Trisha is truly a lifesaver and if it wasn’t for her dedication I would have been stuck in Reno a lot longer than I had planned to be. Having to take your car to the shop in an unfamiliar city/state is always nerve wrecking, but Trisha really made me feel comfortable and at home. I feel so lucky to have stumbled upon Lithia Hyundai of Reno and Trisha specifically! Thank you again! More

Customer service in the service department was very poor. I am a 48 year old woman and I just had neck surgery. I came in to pick up my tire that the service center plugged. There were 3 men and 1 women work I am a 48 year old woman and I just had neck surgery. I came in to pick up my tire that the service center plugged. There were 3 men and 1 women working, they rolled the tire out the door and made me roll it nearly three blocks away where I had to park. As I’m sure you know tires are not weighted evenly now and it caused me a lot of pain. I did mention that I had surgery on my neck. I absolutely love my car, just wish you might work on custom service after the sales. More

Not at all helpful, in fact they were expecting me to update the software in my car which I don’t even have enough equipment for and did not even service my car when Hyundai recommended servicing time ha update the software in my car which I don’t even have enough equipment for and did not even service my car when Hyundai recommended servicing time had reached, instead they took a simple way out and changed details in my system. Bigger issue was they inspected my car which has never had any replacements in the past and said there was a non hyundai part in my car, this is absolutely absurd and xxxx treatment More
