First service on my new 2025 Tacoma. It could not have been easier. I got a reminder of the service due on the app and was directed to scheduling online. Plenty of convenient appointments with a day or two of getting the notice. Great communications, reminders, and ease of adding to my calendar. Best car service scheduling process I have experienced. My service writer, Tristan, was great! Very nice guy and very knowledgeable about my service coverage. Service was quickly done. A video of what the inspection and what they planned to do that day was provided. I was out in no time at all and on with my day. I will definitely be using Easley Toyota for all of my service needs in the future. More

Very friendly advisor. Many items addressed, including a tire rotation. My service appointment went very smoothly. I didn't have an a pre-scheduled appointment, but Tristan worked me right in. He did an excellent job of telling me what to expect for this visit as I didn't have an a pre-scheduled appointment, but Tristan worked me right in. He did an excellent job of telling me what to expect for this visit as well as for the next (45,000 miles). The work was done promptly and even provided me with a video of my free inspection. Also had a chance to interact with Jacinda, Kevin, and Corey Arnold who happened to come through. Always a pleasure. More
