Went in for my 20k maintenance. About and hour and a half in, I got an electronic notice that I needed to replace both air filters. I approve that and 30 more minutes later, my car About and hour and a half in, I got an electronic notice that I needed to replace both air filters. I approve that and 30 more minutes later, my car was finally done and paid for my filters. I realize later that a part of my care package when I bought the car from the dealership included $5 off each filter purchased and installed by the service department. I called to speak to customer service and they tried to get me the advisor assigned to my car. But I was told he would have to call me back later. That call never came in, let alone I barely spoke to the advisor at the original appointment. More

The service tech left a wire harness loose that caused my car to not have power while driving. I had to put my flashers on and make my way back to the dealership for them to figure out why there was no power car to not have power while driving. I had to put my flashers on and make my way back to the dealership for them to figure out why there was no power getting to my engine. I only had my car serviced for an oil change. Every light was flashing on my dashboard saying that I had all of these malfunctions that I didn’t have before the oil change was done. More
